Receiving Your Diploma at the Laurel Springs Graduation Ceremony

During the ceremony you will receive your diploma case and a certificate of attendance. After the ceremony (during the reception) you may pick up your actual diploma if:

• All grades have been sent and received by the registrar two weeks prior to graduation
• Senior Exit Survey has been completed and received by LSS
• Rented graduation gown has been returned after the ceremony
• Accounting has given approval (all monies need to be paid in full before release of diploma)

If You are Not Attending the Laurel Springs Graduation Ceremony

You may request that your diploma be mailed to you. Fill out the request form below. If you have any questions email the Records Department here.

Diplomas are approved if:

• All graduation requirements are met
• We have received official transcript(s) from the student’s previous school(s), if applicable
• All grades have been received from the Laurel Springs School teacher(s)
• Accounting has given approval (all monies need to be paid in full before release of diploma)
