In collaboration with Laurel Springs School, the Academy students celebrate a formal prom and graduation ceremony every year.

Prom

Laurel Springs hosts a fun and memorable June prom in southern California. All high school students attending Laurel Springs Academy for the Gifted and Talented are welcome. You will enjoy music, dancing, fun and prizes. Prom and graduation are held in the same location and on the same weekend to make it easy for students to enjoy both events.

This year Prom is on June 25, 2010. Prom attendees enjoy DJ music, dancing, food and beverage, games, prizes! Prom will be at the Crowne Plaza in Ventura, California on the same premises as the graduation ceremony and on the same weekend.

Graduation

Graduates have the opportunity to meet their classmates, teachers and staff. The formal graduation ceremony is held in June in southern California. Students from around the world often fly in for this amazing and moving event. Last year 36 students attended graduation before an audience of over 400 people. We offer a full graduation ceremony, complete with caps and gowns and diplomas. (Students who cannot attend receive a diploma and tassel.) We hope all of our graduates will attend this once-in-a-lifetime event.

The 2010 Graduation Ceremony will be held on Sunday, June 27, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Ventura, California.
